Thirty minutes by phone or at your office. We go through what you have, where the weak points are and what to fix first. No obligation, whether or not you end up working with us.

Proposal and a fixed price
Within a few days you get a concrete proposal with a fixed price and a delivery date. Clear and easy to follow, without unnecessary technical jargon.

Delivery
We schedule the rollout to disrupt your business as little as possible – ideally outside working hours or at the weekend. When it is done, you get complete, clearly written documentation of your network.

What does it cost?
It depends on the size of your company and what you already have. Managing a smaller network for 5 to 15 people usually runs to a few hundred euros a month; one-off projects are priced by scope. You get the exact figure after the free mini-audit, and it is fixed, not indicative.
Are we too small?
No. Most MERIS clients have between 5 and 50 employees. Smaller companies tend to be the most exposed precisely because they have no IT person of their own and attackers know it.
We already have an IT person. Is it still worth getting in touch?
Yes. MERIS often complements an in-house IT function where specialist work is needed — network design, firewalls, a penetration test or a backup strategy. We do not replace anyone unless that is what you want.
What if something breaks at the weekend?
The standard response is within 4 hours on business days. For clients on a management contract we can agree extended availability including weekends.
Will we have to replace all our equipment?
Usually not. The first step is always to establish what can safely be kept. We only propose replacing hardware that no longer receives security updates or that is holding the whole network back.
How does the free mini-audit work?
Thirty minutes by phone or at your office. We go through how your network is built, how you back up, and where the biggest risks are. You leave with a written summary and recommendations, and it is entirely up to you whether you act on them with MERIS or on your own.
